I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that my ass was in double trouble when during my 60 days job evaluation, I told Brian, a Manager at Walmart/Scam’s Club that Lucy was a bully and that umpa-lumpa giant had an orgasm. He’d seductively said out loud: “Yes, Lucy, yes, as if he was dreaming of having sex with Lucy. My imagination took me to a place where I didn’t want to go. Imagining Brian and Lucy in bed. I’m still having nightmares. 🙂
Mandigo, you remember him? He was the same employee that Karenn, a Sales Associate at Walmart/Scam’s Club and I observed taking one empty shoe box at a time to the claims department. Talk about working too slow! Anyway, Mandigo started to tell me about some gossip that involved other employees at that store hooking up. I could tell he had some uncertainty about telling me, and he never gave me the names, but I’d suspected whoever was involved, it was scandalous. Right, Benita?
So, you can see why after my 60 days job evaluation I’d started documenting every corrupt behavior I saw being perpetrated by my peers and by the supervisors and/or managers. But the best part, that documentation didn’t interfere with my focus on the job at hand. Because their scandalous behavior was on public display. As a matter of fact, they flaunted their scandalous behavior. I had the best of both worlds.
